1. Our Transportation Services

NYC Signature Prestige provides private chauffeur and luxury transportation services primarily throughout New York City and the surrounding region. Our services may include airport transportation, corporate and executive transportation, hourly chauffeur service, private transportation, special events, group transportation, and other prearranged transportation services.

Transportation to destinations outside New York City, including locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and other regional destinations, may also be available depending on the reservation and vehicle availability.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by NYC Signature Prestige. Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee transportation until the reservation has been accepted and confirmed.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation information, including pickup and drop-off locations, service date, pickup time, passenger count, contact information, flight information when applicable, and any other information necessary to complete the trip.

Changes to an existing reservation are subject to availability and must be confirmed by NYC Signature Prestige.

3. Payments

Rates and payment requirements may vary depending on the vehicle, service type, trip duration, pickup location, destination, and other reservation details.

Certain reservations may require advance payment, a deposit, or a valid payment method to secure the booking. By providing payment information, the client authorizes NYC Signature Prestige to process charges associated with the confirmed transportation service in accordance with the agreed reservation terms.

4. Cancellations & Reservation Changes

Cancellation and change requirements may vary depending on the type of transportation service, vehicle reserved, trip details, and timing of the cancellation.

Clients should contact NYC Signature Prestige as soon as possible if a reservation needs to be changed or canceled. Any cancellation terms communicated during the reservation process will apply to that booking.

5. Airport Transportation & Flight Delays

For airport transportation, clients are responsible for providing accurate airline and flight information whenever requested. NYC Signature Prestige may use flight information to help coordinate airport pickups; however, clients should notify us of major itinerary changes whenever possible.

Travel times in New York City can be affected by traffic, weather, construction, road closures, airport congestion, security procedures, special events, and other conditions outside our control. We recommend allowing appropriate travel time when arranging transportation to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International Airport, or any other airport.

6. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

NYC Signature Prestige works to provide dependable and timely chauffeur service. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, accidents, road closures, mechanical emergencies, flight delays, government actions, public events, or other unexpected disruptions.

When unexpected circumstances occur, our team will make reasonable efforts to complete the scheduled transportation service as safely and efficiently as possible.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs, company representatives, vehicles, and other passengers respectfully and responsibly.

NYC Signature Prestige reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transportation when passenger conduct creates an unsafe situation, involves illegal activity, threatens the chauffeur or other individuals, causes intentional damage to a vehicle, or otherwise prevents the safe completion of the service.

8. Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during transportation. Before leaving a vehicle, passengers should check for phones, wallets, luggage, documents, and other personal items.

NYC Signature Prestige is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, forgotten, stolen, or damaged during transportation, except where responsibility is required by applicable law.

9. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability may vary based on the reservation date, service requirements, and other operational considerations. While we make reasonable efforts to provide the reserved vehicle type, circumstances outside our control may occasionally require the use of a comparable vehicle.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NYC Signature Prestige will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or transportation services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Website Use

The NYC Signature Prestige website is provided for informational, communication, and reservation purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
